The house

The second-floor apartment accommodates three guests in two bedrooms: one with a double bed for two and one with a single bed. It has a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet with hot and cold water, a dining table and a balcony. The wood-and-brick building was built in 2022; the apartment has central heating and year-round insulation.

The kitchen has hot and cold water, a four-hob electric cooker, refrigerator, cooker hood, 15-litre freezer compartment, coffee brewer, microwave and dishwasher. Facilities include wireless internet, one TV with cable channels and a hairdryer. The 500 m² grounds are shared, and two on-site parking spaces are free. No cots, high chairs or sun loungers are provided.

A farm is next door, and its milking machine may cause noise in the morning. Shopping is 900 m away and the nearest restaurant is 700 m away. Marked hiking trails are 100 m away, a marked 5–10 km trail is 50 m away, and 5–10 km mountain-bike trails are 200 m away. A playground is 4.9 km away, thermal baths are 7.5 km away, and an off-property open-air swimming pool is 800 m away. Golzentipp skiing and the nearest ski lift are 16.8 km away. Kötschach-Mauthen is 18 km away, a golf course is 46 km away, and KLU airport is 136 km away.

The surrounding area includes the Lesachtal adventure forest, Millnatzenklamm gorge and a forest adventure trail.
