The house

The southwest-facing apartment is set within a residence in the peaceful Jaillet residential district, with natural light, open views, custom woodwork and a neutral alpine interior. The main level has an entrance lobby with built-in storage, a semi-open equipped kitchen, a dining area and a TV lounge opening onto a sunny balcony; the layout also includes a terrace.

Both bedrooms are upstairs and have desks and en-suite bathrooms. The double-or-twin bedroom has a wardrobe and two 90 × 200 cm single beds that can be arranged as a double; its bathroom has a shower, towel dryer and single basin. The double bedroom has a terrace and a 160 × 200 cm double bed; its bathroom has a bathtub, towel dryer, toilet and single basin.

Facilities include a ski locker, Apple TV and a washer-dryer. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, Nespresso machine, toaster, electric citrus juicer, fondue appliance, raclette machine and refrigerated wine cellar. A vacuum cleaner is also provided.

The Essential self-catered service includes agency reception, bathroom products, beds made before arrival, household and bath linen, and end-of-stay cleaning. A baby cot and high chair are available on request and are not included. The apartment is offered for holiday getaways and seasonal stays.

The village centre is 750 m away. The Jaillet lift, slopes and ski school are 250 m away, with the lift less than three minutes on foot. The location provides access to the Évasion Mont-Blanc ski area and its 400 km of slopes without needing a car, as well as access to summer hiking trails and outdoor activities.
