The house

Recently renovated, Le Stan combines contemporary interiors with wood and wool finishes. The bedroom and living accommodation occupies three floors served by a lift, with a ski room and lobby on level 0. Two double bedrooms are on level 1 and two on level 2. Each has a wardrobe, TV, a 160 × 190 cm double bed and an ensuite bathroom. Three ensuites have showers and one has a bathtub.

The top-floor living area sits beneath an exposed roof frame and includes a dining area, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a TV lounge with a wood burner and two balconies overlooking the resort. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge, induction hobs, extractor hood, kettle, microwave, combination microwave/oven, oven, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster. A washing machine, Wi-Fi, TV and speakers are available.

The apartment is in central Courchevel 1850, close to shops, restaurants and the Croisette snow front. The Front de Neige / Snow Front slopes and ski lift are 100 m away, as is the ski school.

The Comfort self-catering service includes agency reception, bathroom products, beds made before arrival, household and bath linen, mid-stay cleaning and end-of-stay cleaning excluding the kitchen. A baby cot and high chair are available on request and are not included. Additional concierge services are available through Cimalpes.
