The house

The apartment occupies two floors and has one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. Its open-plan living, dining and kitchen area leads onto an outdoor terrace, with a separate private roof terrace overlooking the port. Guests have access to a shared swimming pool and sun deck.

The second-floor apartment has lift access. The sandy beach, shops, bars and restaurants are 200 metres away. Puerto Pollensa centre, the marina and Pine Walk are a 20-minute walk along the promenade or a five-minute drive away.
