The house

The apartment accommodates five guests in two double bedrooms and an additional sleeping space in the kitchen/living room. There are two shower bathrooms and a separate toilet. Built in 2023, it has modern furnishings, landscape views and a restricted sea view. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, with electric heating, underfloor heating throughout and year-round insulation.

The kitchen has hot and cold water, a four-hob electric cooker and oven, refrigerator, 30-litre freezer, cooker hood, coffee brewer, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine, vacuum cleaner, wireless internet and three televisions with satellite and Smart TV facilities are available.

A covered terrace has garden furniture and two sun loungers. The fenced, shared grounds cover 1,200 m² and include a shared barbecue. Guests have access to two shared pools; the facilities include a 30 m² heated outdoor pool open from May through the end of September and an outdoor shower. A private outdoor whirlpool accommodates four people. There is one free garage parking space on site and an electric-vehicle charging station.

A stone/pebble beach is 600 m away, shopping is 165 m away and the nearest restaurant is 230 m away. Malinska centre is 1,200 m away. Marked hiking trails are 200 m away, with bicycle and boat rental, an activity centre and a fitness centre 700 m away. Krk offers sailing, diving, water sports, boat trips, cycling and hiking.
