The house

The apartment has modern furnishings, two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen/diner. One bedroom offers double-bed sleeping for two and the other offers single-bed sleeping for two. The bathroom has a toilet, hot and cold water and a hand shower.

The kitchen includes four gas hobs, an oven, refrigerator, cooker hood, 50-litre freezer and dishwasher, with hot and cold water. A Smart TV, Netflix, wireless internet and a hairdryer are provided. The apartment has year-round insulation, electric heating and one hot/cold air-conditioning unit.

The covered terrace has views of the sea and opposite coast. Garden furniture, a shared barbecue and outdoor fireplace, a shared washing machine and a fenced shared site of 250 m² are available. One on-site parking space is free.

A concrete/plateau beach is 40 m away, and a rocky sea coast is 80 m away. Boat rental is 300 m away; marked hiking and cycling trails are 1.3 km away.
