The house

This furnished apartment accommodates four guests in two bedrooms: one with double-bed sleeping space for two and another with single-bed sleeping space for two. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet with hot and cold water. A large covered terrace has garden furniture and views of the sea and hilly landscape.

The kitchen has hot and cold water, a four-hob electric cooker, refrigerator, 50-litre freezer, coffee brewer, microwave and dishwasher. Facilities include wireless internet, two televisions, cable TV, Netflix and a shared washing machine. There is one hot/cold air-conditioning unit, three fans, electric heating and year-round insulation.

The apartment is in a stone building constructed in 1973 and refurbished in 2021. The owner lives on site. The shared grounds cover 330 m² and have a 120 cm fence; the terrace fence is 80 cm high. Outdoor facilities include a shower, four sun loungers and two free on-site parking spaces. Motorcycles can be parked in the yard.

Plateau and pebble beaches are 50 m away on foot. Shopping and a restaurant are 200 m away, and Karlobag is 4 km away. Boat and bicycle rental are 4 km away, ZAD airport is 95 km away, and Paklenica National Park is about 60 km away for hiking and climbing. Consumption costs are included.
