The 122 sqm apartment accommodates up to six adults and two children. It has two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a separate bunk room. The open-plan living and dining area connects to a fully equipped kitchen with wine storage and a wine fridge. There are three bathrooms: two with showers and one with a bathtub. A private ski locker with boot heaters and private garage parking are available. Guests have access to the building's shared gym, hammam and sauna. Other equipment includes a washing machine, dryer, Smart TV, hairdryer and Polaroid camera. The residence has a lift. A baby cot and high chair are available free of charge upon request.

Maximum occupancy is six adults and two children. Smoking and pets are not allowed. A security deposit of 1'000€ is pre-authorised on the provided credit card the day before arrival and released after departure if there is no damage. Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and an additional charge. Stays longer than 30 nights require an enquiry rather than online booking.
