The house

The recently renovated apartment combines wood interiors with contemporary furniture. Its cathedral-ceiling living area contains a double lounge with a wood fireplace, an open-plan fitted kitchen and two dining areas, including a breakfast area. There is also a TV lounge, a south-facing balcony and views toward Courchevel Village to the north and the Tovets slope to the south. Six bedrooms are spread across three levels.

The detailed layout includes a level-0 twin bedroom with a desk, TV, wardrobe, balcony and a separable 180 × 200 cm double bed. Level 1 includes a master bedroom with a 200 × 200 cm double bed, wardrobe, balcony and safe, plus another twin bedroom with a separable 180 × 200 cm double bed, wardrobe and balcony. These three bedrooms each have an ensuite bathroom. A laundry room and lobby are on level 0; the living spaces and ski locker are on level 2.

Facilities include a ski room/locker, boot heater, garage, two private parking spaces, outdoor furniture, TV and Wi-Fi. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, oven, Nespresso machine and toaster. A washing machine, dryer and vacuum cleaner are available. A baby cot and high chair are available on request and are not included.

The Comfort self-catered service includes agency reception, beds made before arrival, household and bath linen, bathroom products, slippers, champagne, a welcome basket and firewood. Daily cleaning and end-of-stay cleaning are included; the housekeeper service of three hours per day and daily maintenance are winter-only. Restaurants, shops and the ski school are at the bottom of the residence, with access to the 3 Vallées ski area and ski return to the foot of the residence.
