House rules
Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Groups of young people aged up to 18 are not accepted. A mandatory hoomy concierge service charge is 10% of the reservation. Optional services per reservation: kitchen towels 2,00 €; towel set comprising one small and one large towel 7,00 €; linen for one double bed 18,00 €; linen for one single bed 14,00 €; bath mat 3,00 €; end-of-stay cleaning 80,00 €. Optional cancellation insurance costs 5.5% of the reservation and requires supporting documentation. Ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the entire stay without replacement; cleaning during the stay is not provided. A refundable deposit of 800,00 € per reservation is secured by card pre-authorization with the final payment. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover. Arrival and departure times can be flexible in low season by arrangement. Pets are not accepted. Arrival is daily from 16:00 to 20:00; departure before 10:00.
Getting there
Locmiquel Beach is 3 km away. The town centre is 1.2 km away and Auray railway station is 12 km away. The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Market Baden is 1 km away, Le Dakiti restaurant 1.5 km and Bluegreen Baden golf 3.6 km.
