The maximum occupancy is 4 guests and cannot be exceeded due to fire code. Guests must be at least 21 years old to rent the property and must remain present for the entire reservation. Smoking is prohibited indoors and outdoors. Pets are not allowed. Do not leave personal items on the patio. Do not have mail or packages delivered because the locked mailboxes cannot be accessed. Hot-water tanks are shared between units, so prolonged usage may affect temperatures. Nearby construction may cause noise. Guests should respect the property and neighbors.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor. Rainey Street is a short walk away, and downtown is a few minutes away. Street parking is first-come, first-served.
