The duplex combines raw wood, exposed concrete and large windows facing the Écrins. An entrance staircase leads to the first-floor open-plan living and dining area, fitted kitchen and wood-burning stove. A separate reading room with a television converts into a sleeping area; this level also has a double bedroom and a bathroom.

The upper floor has an open-plan mezzanine sleeping area with a cantilevered floor and safety netting along its edges, plus a double attic bedroom and another bathroom. The two double bedrooms and mezzanine each have a 160 × 200 cm double bed.

Facilities include a ski locker, television, high-speed Wi-Fi and washing machine. The kitchen has a coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, extractor hood and microwave; a vacuum cleaner is also provided. There is no lift.

The self-catered Essential service includes agency reception, bathroom products, beds made before arrival, household and bath linen, and end-of-stay cleaning. GO480B, a separate apartment on the same landing, can be rented additionally.

The centre is 10 m away; the ski lift, slopes and ski school are each 650 m away. The Serre Chevalier Valley offers around 250 km of ski slopes, with hiking, mountain biking and climbing among its other activities.
