House rules
Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets and groups of young people aged 18 or under are not accepted. Do not use domestic electrical sockets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station. Bed linen and towels are not included. Optional linen is delivered on arrival for the whole stay, without replacement; mid-stay cleaning is not provided. Mandatory hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Optional services per booking: kitchen towels 2,00 €; towel set with one small and one large towel 7,00 €; double-bed linen 15,00 €; single-bed linen 12,00 €; bath mat 3,00 €; end-of-stay cleaning 55,00 €. Optional cancellation insurance costs 5.5% of the booking. A refundable deposit of 800,00 € per booking is secured by card pre-authorisation with the final payment. Heating, personalised arrival and personalised departure are included. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover. Arrival is daily from 16:00 to 20:00; departure is before 10:00. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement.
Getting there
Saint-Michel sandy beach is 350 m away, Coccimarket is 170 m away and Batz-sur-Mer railway station is 450 m away. The apartment is on the ground floor but is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. There is no dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket. Coco restaurant is 550 m away; Luna Park and La Baule-Escoublac are each 8 km away. The coastal path and marked cycle routes connect toward Mesquer, La Turballe and the Guérande salt marshes.
