Smoking, pets, parties and events are not permitted. Groups of young people aged up to 18 are not accepted. There is no dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket; do not charge vehicles from domestic sockets. Bed linen and towels are not supplied as standard. Optional services per reservation: kitchen towels 3.50 €; towel set with one small and one large towel 10.00 €; linen for one double bed 22.00 €; linen for one single bed 19.00 €; bath mat 3.00 €; end-of-stay cleaning 65.00 €. Ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the whole stay without replacement. Cleaning during the stay is not offered. The mandatory hoomy concierge service fee is 10% of the reservation. Optional cancellation insurance costs 5.5% of the reservation and requires supporting documentation. Heating is included. A refundable deposit of 800.00 € per reservation is secured by card pre-authorisation with the final payment. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover and communicate your arrival time. Arrival and departure times can be flexible in low season by agreement. Arrival is daily from 16:00 to 20:00; departure before 10:00.

Local amenities and the boat departure point are accessible on foot or by bicycle. The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
