House rules
No smoking, parties or events, or youth groups. Pets under 5 kg are accepted; dangerous-breed animals are not accepted. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Optional linen is supplied on arrival for the stay, with no renewal during the stay. Do not use domestic electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station. A refundable €800 security deposit is collected by card pre-authorization. A 10% concierge service fee applies to the reservation. Optional charges per booking: kitchen towels €2, towel set €7, double-bed linen €15, single-bed linen €12, end-of-stay cleaning €95, and bath mat €3. The tourist tax is included in the total price. Cancellation cover is optional at 5.5% of the reservation. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide arrival time and arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times can be flexible by arrangement.
Getting there
Grande Plage of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie is 100 m away; the apartment is described as facing the beach, and reaching it involves crossing the seafront promenade. The town centre is 2 km away. The property is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
