Smoking, pets, parties and events are not permitted. Do not use domestic sockets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station. Check-in is 16:00–20:00; check-out is before 10:00. Contact the agency one week before arrival to arrange key collection; off-season arrival/departure flexibility must be agreed with the agency. Heating is included. The advertised mandatory Hoomy service fee is 10% of the reservation and tourist tax is payable before arrival. A refundable €800 security deposit is secured by card preauthorisation with the final payment. Optional bed-making is €50 per reservation and cancellation insurance is advertised at 5.5%. The published cancellation schedule charges 0% until 29 days before arrival, 50% from 28 to 16 days, and 100% from 15 days until arrival or for no-shows; confirm the terms of the selected rate with the host.

The Val Louron ski slopes are 280 m away. Resort shops, ski equipment rentals, the ESF ski school, lifts and restaurants are accessible on foot. Loudenvielle is 8.5 km away; Lake Génos-Loudenvielle is 9.3 km away. The apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. There is no dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket.
