House rules

No smoking, parties or events. Pets are not allowed. Groups of young people up to 18 years old are not accepted. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide your arrival time and arrange key handover. Check-in is from 16:00 to 20:00; check-out is before 10:00. Check-in and check-out times may be flexible in low season by prior arrangement. A refundable €800 deposit per booking is secured by credit-card pre-authorisation. The concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. Optional services include kitchen towels (€2 per booking), a bath-towel set (€7 per booking), linen for a double bed (€15 per booking) or single bed (€12 per booking), end-of-stay cleaning (€75 per booking), and a bath mat (€3 per booking). A 5.5% booking cancellation insurance is optional. Ordered household linen is supplied on arrival for the stay, with no replacement; housekeeping during the stay is not provided. Do not use domestic electrical sockets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging point. The tourist tax is included in the total price.

Getting there

Boisvinet Beach is 200 m away; the apartment is on the second floor and the building has no lift. The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. One private parking space is available in the courtyard in front of the apartment. The Great Beach of Saint-Gilles is 2 km away.
