House rules
No smoking. Pets and parties/events are not allowed. Contact the reception agency about one week before arrival with your expected arrival time to arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times can be arranged with the agency. A refundable €800 deposit per reservation is held by card as a guarantee. Final cleaning costs €105 per reservation. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the reservation. Optional cancellation insurance costs 5.5% of the reservation. Optional linen: kitchen towels €2 per reservation; towel set €7 per reservation; double-bed linen €15 per set; single-bed linen €12 per set; bath mat €3 per reservation. The high chair is included. Tourist tax is included in the total price.
Getting there
Plage des Libraires is 50 m away. The apartment is described as front-line to the beach and ocean. Lift access is available, but the apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. One outdoor parking space in the same building is included. Do not use domestic outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station.
