House rules

No smoking, pets, parties or events. Groups of young people aged 18 or under are not accepted. Bed linen and towels are not included. Optional services per reservation: kitchen towels €2.00; a towel set with one small and one large towel €7.00; double-bed linen €18.00; single-bed linen €14.00; bath mat €3.00; end-of-stay cleaning €50.00. Ordered linen is provided on arrival for the entire stay without replacement; mid-stay cleaning is not offered. A mandatory hoomy concierge service fee is 10% of the reservation. Optional cancellation insurance is 5.5% of the reservation. A refundable deposit of €800.00 per reservation is secured by card pre-authorisation with the final payment. Internet, heating, personalised arrival and personalised departure services are included. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover. Arrival and departure times can be flexible in low season by agreement. Arrival is daily from 16:00 to 20:00 and departure before 10:00. Cancellation is free until 29 days before arrival, 50% of rent at 28–16 days and 100% from 15 days or for a no-show. Optional insurance requires documentation and covers specified cancellation causes, unused days after late arrival and interrupted stays.

Getting there

Plage du Prieuré is 700 m away. The beaches and central Dinard are a few minutes away on foot. The apartment is on the first floor, with a lift in the residence, but is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. There is no private parking space; free parking is available 50 m away. Approximate distances differ between the narrative and distance table: Dinard centre and Atelier Morisseau 1–1.3 km, the market and halls 1–1.4 km, L’Écluse Beach and seawater pool, Lidl, Biocoop and Restaurant Petit Bleu 1.5–2 km, Dinard Golf 6.5–7 km and Saint-Malo station 9.5–10 km. Dinard Pleurtuit Saint-Malo airport and Pointe du Décollé are 5 km away, Saint-Malo 6 km and Île du Perron 9 km.
