Before you book
House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Youth groups up to age 18 are not accepted. Bed linen and towels are not provided, but optional linen packages are available. The apartment has no dedicated electric-vehicle charging outlet; do not use household outlets to charge a vehicle. Contact the local agency one week before arrival to provide your arrival time and arrange key handover. Check-in is daily from 16:00 to 20:00; check-out is before 10:00. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by prior arrangement. A refundable €800 deposit is required per booking by card pre-authorization. The concierge service fee is 10% of the booking; end-of-stay cleaning is €105 per booking. Optional linen charges per booking: kitchen towels €2; towel set €7; double-bed linen €15; single-bed linen €12; bath mat €3. The tourist tax is included in the total price. The stay welcome, heating, internet access and outdoor parking are included.

Nau Beach is 700 m away. The apartment is on the third floor without an elevator. Le Pouliguen is 850 m away; La Baule train station is 4 km away.
