No smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Groups of young people up to 18 years old are not accepted. Bed linen and towels are not provided; optional linen packages are available. Do not use household electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to give your arrival time and arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times can be arranged flexibly with the agency. A refundable €800 booking deposit is taken by card pre-authorisation. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the reservation. Optional charges per reservation: kitchen towels €2; towel set (one small and one large towel) €7; double-bed linen €15; single-bed linen €12; end-of-stay cleaning €75; bath mat €3. Optional cancellation insurance is 5.5% of the reservation. The listing gives conflicting descriptions of tourist tax: it says it is payable in advance in the description, but also says it is included in the total price in the tax section; confirm the applicable treatment before booking.
Getting there
Plage de la Pége and Plage des Mouettes are each 3.5 km away; Plage des Demoiselles is 7 km away. The apartment is 7 km from Saint-Jean-de-Monts town centre. Two outdoor parking spaces are available in the same building. The accommodation is not adapted for people with reduced mobility.
