House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to 18 years old are not accepted. Check-in is daily from 16:00 to 20:00; check-out is before 10:00. In low season, arrival and departure hours can be flexible by arrangement with the agency. Contact the agency one week before arrival to provide the arrival time and arrange key collection. A refundable €800 security deposit per booking is held by card as a guarantee. Hoomy concierge service charge: 10% of the booking. Optional services per booking: kitchen linen €2; towel set €7; double-bed linen €18; single-bed linen €14; end-of-stay cleaning €50; bath mat €3. Optional cancellation insurance is 5.5% of the booking. Ordered household linen is provided upon arrival for the stay without replacement; cleaning during the stay is not offered. The page separately says tourist tax is payable before the stay and that it is included in the total price; confirm the applicable tax treatment before arrival. The accommodation has no dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket; do not use domestic sockets for charging.
Getting there
Dinard town centre is 300 m away. Plage Saint-Enogat is 800 m away and Plage de l'Ecluse is 900 m away; the stated distances do not specify a travel mode. Free public parking is 150 m away; there is no private parking space. The building has a lift, but the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
