House rules
No smoking or parties/events. Pets are not accepted. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Contact the local agency one week before arrival to arrange key collection. Low-season arrival and departure times may be flexible by agreement. Household linen is optional and is provided for the stay without replacement; cleaning during the stay is not provided. A refundable security deposit of €800 per booking is required by card pre-authorisation. Final cleaning costs €56 per booking; the concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. Optional linen charges per booking: kitchen cloths €2; towel set (one small and one large towel) €7; double-bed linen €18; single-bed linen €14; bath mat €3. Cancellation insurance is optional at 5.5% of the booking. The tourist tax is included in the total price.
Getting there
Cornouaille beach is 800 m away and Sables Blancs beach is 1 km away. Free street parking is available, but the apartment has no private parking space. A basement room is available for bicycle storage. The apartment does not have a dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket; use a dedicated charging point rather than a domestic socket.
