Apartment D303 occupies the third floor of Building D and has a west-facing aspect and panoramic views. Its duplex layout includes two double bedrooms, a mezzanine sleeping area, a shower room and a bathroom. The living room, dining area and open-plan fitted kitchen open onto a balcony.

The lower apartment level has a bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm double bed. The upper level has a bedroom with a 140 × 190 cm double bed and a mezzanine with two 90 × 190 cm single beds.

The kitchen includes a coffee machine, refrigerator, induction hob, kettle, microwave and oven. Wi-Fi, a TV, a ski locker, a boot dryer and one covered garage space are provided.
