## About the house

Built in 2019, Eyong accommodates eight guests in four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a fifth bathroom. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area overlooking the mountainside, a fireplace, a TV room, a hot tub, a sauna and a gym. Other facilities include a Smart TV, dryer, hairdryer, private ski locker and EV outlets. A baby cot and high chair are available free of charge upon request.

The Grand Montets ski lifts are a five-minute walk away. Argentière centre, including supermarkets, restaurants and bars, is within walking distance. Chamonix is 15 minutes away by car; a car is needed to get around Chamonix centre. There is no front desk on site; local staff are available for assistance.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. A security deposit of 1000€ is pre-authorised on the supplied credit card the day before arrival and released after departure if there is no damage. Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and at an additional cost. Stays exceeding 30 nights require contacting the operator.

## Is cleaning included?
Pre-arrival and post-stay cleaning are included. For stays of seven nights or more, mid-stay cleaning includes cleaning, a towel change and replenishment of toiletries. Extra cleaning and changes of linens or towels are available upon request.

## Are linens and towels provided?
Bed linens, towels, slippers, toiletries and a welcome cleaning kit are provided.

## How does arrival work?
Self check-in and check-out are available through a digital lock. There is no front desk; local staff can assist during your stay.

## Which extra services can be arranged?
Extra services include breakfast delivery, private airport transfers, delivered half-board meals, a private chef, ski-pass delivery, babysitting, winter sports, guided freeride skiing, ski lessons, at-home massages and grocery delivery.
