House rules
Parties are not permitted in the unit or elsewhere in the building. Smoking and fireworks are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Common areas are shared spaces, and guests are responsible for fines caused by their behavior. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old, present for the entire reservation, and listed as the primary name on the reservation. Only that guest may receive the keys and must present photo ID. Pool use is at the guest's own risk; there is no lifeguard, children under 16 must be supervised, and glass is prohibited in and around the pool.
