The house

The 56 m² apartment occupies the first and second floors and has two bedrooms, two shower bathrooms and a kitchen/living room. Bedroom 1 has one single bed and one double bed; bedroom 2 has one double bed. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, with electric heating and year-round insulation.

The kitchen includes hot and cold water, a four-hob induction cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator, extra refrigerator, 40-litre freezer box, cooker hood, coffee brewer and dishwasher. A washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer and one satellite Smart TV are available, along with wireless internet.

Outside are covered and open terraces, garden furniture, four sun loungers, an electric barbecue and an outdoor shower. The shared grounds cover 100 m² and are open. The shared 48 m² outdoor pool is heated and fenced, and opens from April through the end of October. There is one free on-site parking space.
