The house

The furnished apartment is part of a small building containing eight units. It has one bedroom with double-bed sleeping accommodation for two, a kitchen/living room with a sofa bed, mattress or similar sleeping accommodation for two, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet and hot and cold water. A furnished terrace has an awning and open and covered areas surrounded by greenery.

The kitchen has hot and cold water, a four-hob gas/electric cooker, oven, refrigerator, 60-litre freezer box, cooker hood, microwave, coffee brewer and dishwasher. Other equipment includes a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, satellite TV and a safe. The apartment is insulated for year-round use, with electric heating and one hot/cold air-conditioning unit. One cot is available; there are no high chairs.

The fenced shared grounds cover 200 m² and include a shared barbecue and garden furniture. The shared outdoor pool measures 50 m² and opens from mid-May to the end of September. Four sun loungers are provided. One on-site parking space is free. Consumption costs are included.

Volme is a seaside village with its own harbour, and the sea can be reached on foot. A stone/pebble beach is 590 m away, shopping is 600 m away and the nearest restaurant is 500 m away. Pula is 10 km away and PUY airport is 12 km away.
