The house

The apartment is arranged over two levels and is 800 m from the centre of Kirchberg. It has open views over Kirchberg, Gaisberg, Fleckalm and up the Spertental. The accommodation includes two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower, bath, wash basin and WC, a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV, large sofa and dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner cooktop/oven, dishwasher and cooking utensils. There is a balcony with views and outdoor furniture, Wi-Fi, two outdoor parking spaces, ski storage and central heating.

A bus stop is 30 m from the property; buses connect with the Fleckalm and Maierl gondolas within minutes. Hiking and biking trails begin outside the property. Bed linen costs €10 per person, towels cost €10 per person, final cleaning costs €130 per booking, and a refundable security deposit of €400 per booking is collected by credit-card hold and paid on arrival.
