Chardon 102 occupies the ground and lower-ground levels. The living area combines a lounge, dining area and open-plan fitted kitchen, with a fireplace. A south-facing terrace extends into a garden and offers views of the slopes. A winter garden provides an additional relaxation space.
The ground floor has a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room and toilet. A TV room has a sofa bed and private bathroom and can serve as an additional sleeping room. There is also a laundry room, lobby, separate toilet and independent shower room. The lower-ground floor has a master bedroom with a double bed, dressing room, bathtub, shower and toilet; another double bedroom with an ensuite shower room and toilet; and a children's room with an ensuite shower room and toilet.
