The standard occupancy is 4 guests. Guests 5 and 6 require an additional fee and additional beds. A group deposit of €175 per guest applies. Tourist taxes may apply under current legislation. The apartment is self-catered.

Carvoeiro Center is 40 metres away, and Supermercado Bom Dia is 9 metres away. Renting a car is described as not essential, although car rental is also recommended. The property has two shared terraces.
