The house

The 100 m² apartment occupies the ground floor of a holiday home built in 1964 and refurbished in 2022. Three bedrooms provide two double beds and a bunk bed with two sleeping spaces. The bathroom has a toilet, hot and cold water, a hand shower and a bathtub.

The kitchen has hot and cold water, an induction hob, refrigerator, cooker hood, 20-litre freezer, coffee brewer, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine, wireless internet, two televisions, hot/cold air conditioning, electric heating and year-round insulation. One cot and one high chair are provided.

Outside are an 800 m² garden on an open site, garden furniture, three sun loungers and a covered terrace/porch. The garden paddling pool opens from June through the end of September. Two on-site parking spaces are free, and an electric-car charging station is available. Consumption costs are included.

Camaiore is 2.1 km away, shopping is 1.5 km away and the nearest restaurant is 400 m away. The sea and sandy beach are 10 km away. Lido di Camaiore's pier and a day trip to Lucca offer opportunities for outings. Golf and bicycle rental are each 10 km away; PSA airport is 41 km away.
