## About the house

The ground floor has a living room, dining area, balcony and open-plan fitted kitchen, with a ski room among the other areas. A large south-facing terrace is accessed from the living room, and the apartment has a wood fireplace and panoramic views.

The first floor contains a double bedroom with a wardrobe, balcony and one 140 × 190 cm double bed, plus a children's bedroom. The apartment has one bathroom.

Facilities include a parking space, ski locker, TV, Wi-Fi and washing machine. Kitchen equipment includes induction hobs, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, microwave-and-oven combination, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, raclette machine and extractor hood. An ironing board and vacuum cleaner are also provided.

The Essential self-catered service includes agency reception, bathroom products, beds made before arrival, household and bath linen, and end-of-stay cleaning excluding the kitchen. A baby cot and high chair are available on request and are not included.

The apartment is near the snow front, shops, restaurants and ski school. It has ski-in access and direct access to the Solaise and Bellevarde lifts.

Children can reach the ski school on foot, and the central location allows guests to leave their vehicle behind. The bedrooms are on the first floor of the duplex.

Deposit not collected: 1200 €. End-of-stay cleaning excludes the kitchen. A baby cot and high chair are not included and are available on request.
