The house

The apartment has two bedrooms, a kitchen with dining and living space, a shower bathroom and a separate toilet. One bedroom has double-bed sleeping space for two; the other has single-bed sleeping spaces for two. The kitchen/living room provides a sofa bed, mattress or similar sleeping space for one.

The kitchen includes a gas/electric cooker, refrigerator, cooker hood, 60-litre freezer, coffee brewer, microwave and dishwasher. There is hot and cold water in the kitchen. Electric heating, year-round insulation, one hot/cold air-conditioning unit and wireless internet are available. Entertainment facilities include two televisions, cable TV, Smart TV, a hi-fi/CD system and billiards.

Outside are a 36 m² outdoor swimming pool, open from mid-May to mid-October, and a 370 m² fenced natural site with lawn, garden furniture, barbecue and six sun loungers. Outdoor spaces include an open terrace, a covered terrace and a balcony. Play and sports equipment includes a swing, slide, basketball hoop, badminton net and two football goals. The property has landscape views, two free on-site parking spaces and permits one pet.

A concrete/plateau beach is 2 km away, and a lake swimming opportunity is 1.3 km away. Ploče is 2 km away, shopping is 1.3 km away and the nearest restaurant is 700 m away. Marked hiking trails, French boules and a tennis court are each 2 km away. Dubrovnik Airport (DBV) is 70 km away. The stone building dates from 2014 and was refurbished in 2018.
