## About the house

The apartment accommodates up to seven guests in three bedrooms with three bathrooms. Its modern living area has a large dining table connected to a fully equipped kitchen. A bathroom has a rain shower, and the terrace extends the living space with views of the surrounding mountains.

Residents share a gym and sauna within the residence. The wellness area opens daily from 10:00 to 19:45. Communal bike storage is available on a first-come basis. The apartment also has a private ski locker, boot heaters, a washing machine, dryer, Smart TV, hairdryer and Polaroid camera. An extra bed is available on request; a baby cot and high chair are available free on request.

Morzine’s centre, shops, restaurants and lifts are around a 10-minute walk away. The nearby lifts provide winter access to the Portes du Soleil ski area. Lake Montriond, waterfalls, hiking trails and mountain-biking routes are nearby in summer.

Ayan can optionally be booked together with the separately offered neighbouring apartments Ipê and Sugi in Residence Le Ridge.

Pre-arrival and post-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels and toiletries are included. Stays of seven nights or more include a mid-stay clean, towel change and toiletry refill. Extra services include additional cleaning and linen changes, breakfast delivery, airport transfers, a private chef, delivered half-board dishes, massages, grocery delivery, babysitting, ski lessons, ski-pass delivery and guided winter sports.

Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and an additional charge. Extra beds are available on request.
