## About the house

The lower level has a living area with a convertible sofa bed, TV and steam fireplace, a dining area, an open-plan fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. Kitchen equipment includes ceramic hobs, a fridge, kettle, microwave, oven, Senseo coffee machine and toaster. A vacuum cleaner and ski locker are also provided.

Upstairs are three bedrooms: a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and two bedrooms with two single beds each. The layout also identifies a double-or-twin room with a separable double bed. The ensuite includes a shower, towel dryer, toilet and single basin. A further shower room and toilet complete the upper floor.

Shared residence leisure facilities include a fitness room, hammam, sauna, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis. The outdoor swimming pool is heated. The residence is at the foot of the Paradiski slopes, with access to 425 km of pistes.

The self-catered Essential service includes winter-only bathroom products, beds made before arrival, household and bath linen, agency reception, slippers and end-of-stay cleaning excluding the kitchen. A baby cot and high chair are not included and are available on request.

The ski lifts are 300 m away, with Le Bois de l'Ours and Marmotte identified as the closest lifts; the ski school is 50 m away. Shops are close by in the village centre.
