The house

The apartment has three suites, each with its own bathroom, a spacious living room, dining area, open kitchen and TV lounge. Each room has direct access to a private terrace. The master bedroom has a 180 × 200 cm double bed, TV, safe and terrace, plus an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, walk-in shower, double basin, towel dryer, hairdryer and toilet. The kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, fridge, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, oven and toaster. Wi-Fi, TV and a washing machine are provided.

Shared facilities in the residence include a wellness area open daily from 10:00 to 20:00, with a 22-metre indoor swimming pool, sauna, hammam, fitness/yoga room, sensory shower and herbal infusion bar. The Cinq Mondes spa offers personalised treatments, with two rituals included per stay: a 50-minute Découvertes face and body treatment and a 50-minute Ko Bi Do facial. CHACHA restaurant serves California- and Levant-inspired cuisine, with terrace lunches, dinners accompanied by music and a room-service option. The residence also has concierge services and a ski shop.

A continental breakfast basket is delivered to the apartment door each morning. The Prestige service conditions specify that service only is included and food and beverages are extra. Masseur, massage, housekeeper and breakfast-delivery services are marked winter-only. Included services comprise reception at the property, bathroom products, beds made before arrival, household and bath linen, daily cleaning and end-of-stay cleaning. A baby cot and high chair are available on request and are not included.

The residence shuttle operates from 08:45 to 19:00, subject to availability. Parking is in a municipal car park without direct access to the residence and has a maximum vehicle height of 2 metres. The apartment is 100 metres from the centre, 300 metres from the ski school and 350 metres from the nearest lift, La Croisette. Les Tovets is the nearest ski slope, with a stated slope distance of 0 metres.
