The house

The furnished apartment occupies part of an estate built in 1200 and was refurbished in 2024. It accommodates four guests in two bedrooms, each with a double bed. There is one bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hot and cold water, plus a combined kitchen and living room with sofas and a dining table.

The kitchen has hot and cold water, gas hobs, a refrigerator, cooker hood, 15-litre freezer compartment, coffee brewer and microwave. Facilities include a washing machine, Wi-Fi, one smart TV with cable channels, a hairdryer and two fans. The apartment is insulated for year-round use and has natural-gas heating. Consumption costs are included.

Outside there is a fenced garden, shared garden furniture and a large shared panoramic terrace overlooking the surrounding landscape. Free parking is available nearby. One cot is available; there are no high chairs or sun loungers. One pet is permitted, and the apartment is non-smoking.
