## About the house

The apartment sleeps up to six guests. Its fully equipped open-plan kitchen connects to a dining area and a bright living room opening onto a large, sheltered, southwest-facing balcony with outdoor furniture.

The sleeping accommodation comprises a bedroom with one bunk bed, a twin bedroom with two single beds, and a suite with two single beds, a desk and an en suite shower room. All listed beds measure 90 × 190 cm. The bunk bedroom has a chest of drawers and TV; the twin bedroom and suite have wardrobes. The en suite includes a shower, hairdryer, toilet and single basin. A separate shower room has a towel dryer and single basin, and there is an additional separate toilet.

Facilities include Wi-Fi, TV, speakers, a washing machine, laundry room, indoor parking space and a private ski locker with boot warmer. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and fondue appliance. A vacuum cleaner and baby cot are provided; a high chair is available on request and is not included.

Guests have access to the residence’s shared wellness area with an indoor swimming pool with massaging jets, indoor jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, Nordic bath and solarium.

The self-catering service includes agency reception, bathroom products, beds made before arrival, household and bath linen, and end-of-stay cleaning. The apartment is close to shops and ski shuttles in the Espace Diamant ski area.
