The 90 sqm apartment accommodates up to eight guests in three bedrooms with three bathrooms. Renovated in 2022, it has a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a central island and sliding glass doors that can close it off. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open from the living room to a private terrace overlooking Val de Ruda’s traffic-free gardens. Natural wood finishes include oak, chestnut and birch. A private ski locker, Smart TV and hairdryer are provided.
