House rules
No parties, including schoolies, hens or bucks events. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Bookings must reflect the exact number of guests; notify management if this changes. Unless agreed beforehand, stays are for private residential use only and occupancy must match the booking. Pets are prohibited unless the property is advertised as ‘Pets Welcome’. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods. Treat the property respectfully and follow the house rules.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second level, on the beachfront and almost opposite Lorne Pier. Town is a short, flat stroll away. Beach access is available. Parking is limited to one car space.
