House rules
No smoking. Pets are not accepted. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Contact the local agency one week before arrival to provide your arrival time and arrange key collection. In low season, check-in and check-out times are flexible by arrangement. Do not use domestic electrical sockets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging point. Tourist tax is included in the total price. A refundable €800 security deposit is held by credit-card pre-authorisation. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Optional services: cancellation insurance 5.5% of the booking; kitchen towels €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; linen for a double bed €15 per booking; linen for a single bed €12 per booking; end-of-stay cleaning €85 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the stay without replacement. Cancellation terms: 0% of rent through 29 days before check-in; 50% from 28 to 16 days before; 100% from 15 days before through check-in and for no-show.

Nau Beach is 650 m away; Benoît Beach is 1.1 km away, and La Baule Beach is 1.9 km away. Le Pouliguen town centre and market are 400 m away. Distances are provided without a stated travel mode. The apartment is on the second floor and there is no lift.
