The house

The apartment has an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with sofas, a flat-screen TV and a dining space. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, kettle, toaster and cookware.

The bedroom contains two double beds, bed linen and blackout curtains. A sofa bed in the living area accommodates an additional two guests, and storage is available. The bathroom has a bath with a shower, toiletries and towels. The apartment is family/kid friendly.

Guests have access to the entire apartment. Access requires climbing five flights of stairs. Nearby pay-and-display parking is available. The central location is close to shops, cafés, restaurants, bars and nightlife; additional neighbourhood noise is possible, particularly at weekends. Albert Dock, The Beatles Story, Liverpool ONE and Liverpool Cathedral are within walking distance. Many city-centre attractions are a 10–20 minute walk away, with bus services and Merseyrail connections available for exploring further afield.
