The house

The apartment accommodates five guests. The living room has a five-seat couch, flat-screen TV and Apple TV, with a dining area seating six. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a glass door open onto the balcony. The kitchen has a breakfast island, full-sized fridge and freezer, oven, stove/cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, pantry, toaster, coffee makers, cooking utensils and tableware. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The bathroom has a combined shower and bathtub, toilet and vanity.

An internal laundry provides a washer, dryer and ironing facilities. Other features include a gas barbecue, pedestal fans, wall and portable heating, beach chairs, umbrellas, children's boogie boards, games and books. Hot water and a smoke detector are provided.
