House rules
The base occupancy is two guests, with up to two additional guests for an extra charge. Extra beds may not be prepared or available unless the additional guests have been paid for. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The optional extra-bed charge is 10€/night. Events and smoking are not allowed. A damage deposit of 100.00 EUR applies. Mandatory final cleaning costs 25€/stay. Optional parking costs 10€/night and the optional pet charge is 15€/stay.
Getting there
Access to the semi-basement apartment involves descending stairs through an entrance shared with the owner. The bedroom has no windows. Playa de la Costilla is 1.3 km away; the beach is also advertised as five minutes away. Outdoor parking is limited to one car. No cot or highchair is available.
