Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are accepted, but no cribs are provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00, and loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors must be identified to the management in advance. Guests must follow condominium rules, may not receive deliveries at the property or condominium, and may not hang items from windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Toilet paper must not be disposed of in the toilet. Identification documents are requested for every guest after booking. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance. Occasional construction or maintenance noise may occur. Check-in is self-service from 14:00; staff assistance is available from 08:00–23:00. Check-out after 10:00 incurs an additional nightly charge.
