House rules
The maximum occupancy is four guests. Only guests named in the reservation may access the condominium. Guests aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but no crib is provided. Smoking indoors, pets, parties and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 08:00; loud sound is prohibited from 22:00 to 08:00. Guests must follow condominium rules and may not hang rugs, towels, clothes or other objects from windows, balconies or exterior areas. Toilet paper must not be disposed of in the toilet. Identification documents are requested for every guest after the reservation is confirmed. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons. The property may have occasional noise from condominium, neighboring or external construction. Check-in is with a host from 14:00 to 20:00; check-in from 20:00 to 22:00 has an additional fee, and check-in after 22:00 is not permitted. Check-out is by 10:00.
