The terrace faces the sand and sea, connects to a communal garden and has two sun loungers and a table with chairs. Playa de Alcúdia is 0.005 km away, with beach access just a few steps from the terrace.

The interior is split over two levels. The air-conditioned living room has satellite TV and is on the terrace level; a few steps lead up to the dining area and kitchen with a breakfast bar and electric stove. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. One has a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom; the other has two single beds.
