Pets and events are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. Mandatory final cleaning costs 90€ per stay. A mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
