The house

The ground floor has a living room with a sofa and television, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a bathroom. It opens onto a patio furnished for outdoor dining with a charcoal barbecue; a terrace is also available.

Stairs lead to the lower-floor living room, which contains a queen-size bed and a double sofa bed, with another bathroom on this level. The first floor has two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom with a shower. The sleeping inventory comprises three queen-size beds and one double sofa bed.

Facilities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron and a hairdryer. Kitchen equipment includes a moka coffee maker, kettle, oven, refrigerator, freezer and juicer.

The surrounding area has restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Mondello square is a 25-minute walk away. Palermo Falcone e Borsellino Airport is a 22-minute drive away, and Palermo Centrale train station is a 30-minute drive away.
